【摘要】 研究了赤霉素浓度、低温层积时间和发芽温度对法国冬青种子萌发的影响。结果表明,法国冬青种子具有休眠特性,低温层积能够增进法国冬青种子萌发,层积前用赤霉素浸泡促进法国冬青种子萌发的作用明显,赤霉素浸泡必须与低温层积相结合,其作用效果才能显著发挥。以在层积前用2.0 g/L赤霉素浸泡24 h后在25℃恒温下发芽组合最好,其种子萌发率显著或极显著地高于其他处理组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trial in the Viburnum awabuki K.Koch seeds soaked with the different concentrations of gibberellins（GA₃）（0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 g/L） for 24 h,and then,chilled in the refrigerator for 0,30 or 60 days was conducted before seeds germination at 25?℃ and room temperature respectively.Viburnum awabuki K.Koch seeds had the characteristics of dormancy.The treatment of the seeds chilled and soaked with gibberellins before germination could enhance the rate of seed germination.GA₃ treatment should becom bined with chilling technique.The best treatment combination was soaked with（2.0） g/L GA₃ for 24?h and chilled for 60 days and germinated at 25?℃.The rate of seed germination was significantly higher than other treatment combinations.更多还原
