马铃薯还原糖含量测定方法的比较研究

【Abstract】 Three kinds of different methods of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic Acid(DNS) were used to analyze the content of reduced sugar of potato with spectrophotmetry.The results showed that the accuracy and precision of the second method was better than the other two methods,and also,it was more convenient.更多还原
