【Abstract】 Through doing comperative experiments of river snail’s existence and growth under different conditions of pH value,the authov not only probes into the circumstances of acid and alkaline that are suitable for its existence and growth,but also probes into the reasons causes of its existence and growth that pH value has effects on,which provide some theoretical basises for artifical breeding if water snail.The results of experiments indicated that the appropriate water pH value is 5.5～7.5,the best is 6.0～7.0 that is of acidity.If pH value is 6.5,the growth rate will be highest.If pH value increases or falls,the growth rate and the survival rate will descend simultaneously.更多还原
