不同浓度6-BA保鲜剂对切花菊的保鲜效应

【摘要】 研究了6种不同浓度的6-BA保鲜剂对切花菊瓶插期间生理状况及瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:1 mg/L 6-BA保鲜剂效果最好,花、叶瓶插寿命比对照分别延长3.8和4.4 d;0.5mg/L 6-BA保鲜剂效果较好,花、叶瓶插寿命比对照分别延长3.2和4.0 d。

【Abstract】 The effect of six different concentrations of 6-BA on water status,vase-life during vase periods were studied.Flower characters,vase-life,the biggest flower diameter,water-absorbing and water loss capacity,chlorophyll,soluble protein,peroxidase activity during vase periods were studied.The results proved that the different concentrations of 6-BA had more effect on fresh keeping of cut flowers of Chrysanthemum in comparison with water.The effect of low concentrations was better.The promoting effects of 6-BA of 1 mg/L was best from either flower quality and vase-life or physiologic index,the vase-life of leaf and flower could be prolonged for 3.8?d and 4.4 d,respectively.6-BA of higher than 1 mg/L had inhibitory effect and 6-BA of 4 mg/L promoted leaf senescence early.The vase-life of leaf and flower for 0.5 mg/L could be prolonged for 3.2 d and 4.0 d,respectively.
