【Abstract】 Based on the diagnostics and treatment process of canine’s intussusception,the disease from the perspective of clinical symptom, physiological index, touching diagnose of abdomen and the X-ray was researched. According to the process of sickness?the condition of stool and blood, the tense state of abdomen and the position of invagination etc, we decided whether we should adopt the operation therapy :general anesthesia, opening the abdominal cavity along the belly center line,inspecting and checking the invaginated intestine pipe.According to its necrosis, we decided whether we should amputate some of the invaginaed intestine pipe,adopting intestinal anastomosis.It was very important to take care of it carefully and prevent from infection after surgency.The results indicated that the method of surgency is essential to the middle and later stage of intussusception, a comprehensive and correct nursing had great impact on the total recovering of sicked canine.更多还原
