【Abstract】 Toxoplasma gondii is an intestinal coccidium that parasitizes members of the cat family as definitive hosts and has a wide range of intermediate hosts.Infection is common in many warm-blooded animals,including humans.In most cases infection is asymptomatic,but devastating disease can occur.The researchers all over the world have been focusing on studying this parasite.Especially in recent years lots of immunological research results in pathogenesis of Toxoplasma goodii are very important for us to make effective immunological prevention.At present,molecular immunology of Toxoplasma goodii is an important subject,which has been studied in order to more effectively control it.The research advance in molecular immunology of cell-mediated immunity(CMI),humoral immunity,immunodetection,vaccines and diagnose technology of Toxoplasma goodii was reviewed.更多还原
