中原地区奶牛乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation,Identification & Drug Sensitivity Test of the Pathogenic Bacteria of Cow Mastitis
【摘要】 对150头泌乳奶牛进行乳房炎的CMT检测、致病菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验。结果表明:乳房炎的头发病率为68%,500个有效乳区中,隐性乳房炎的乳区有311个,乳区阳性率为62.2%。从102个待检乳汁样中共分离出96株细菌,经生化鉴定其主要致病菌为葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌,分别占总数的39.6%、27.1%、15.6%;致病菌对青霉素、链霉素、磺胺类和大环内酯类抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药现象,氧氟沙星、卡那霉素和环丙沙星还具有较好的抑菌效果。
【Abstract】 The mastitis of total 150 cows in Zhongyuan area was tested with the method of the method of CMT(California Mastitis Test) to investigate the situation of mastitis disease.The results showed that among 500 mammary areas at one dairy farm,the incidence of head numbers and mammary areas in sub-clinical mastitis was 68 % and 62.2 %,respectively.The isolation from milk of dairy cows with sub-clinical mastitis and the identification indicated the main microbial pathogens belonged to three species: Streptococcus,E.coli and Staphylococcus,the incidence of which was 39.6 %,27.1% and 15.6 %,respectively.The drug sensitivity test showed that all pathogenic bacteria were resistant to penicillin,streptomycin and sulfonamide after frequently used,while Ofloxacin,Kanamycin and Ciprofloxacin had a fairly good inhibiting effect on the pathogenic bacteria.
