【摘要】 极低密度脂蛋白受体(VLDL-R)是一种存在细胞表面的、可识别多种配体的跨膜蛋白,是含有载脂蛋白E(ApoE)的脂蛋白颗粒的受体,在动物体内富含三酰甘油(TG)的脂蛋白的代谢中发挥重要作用。该受体在禽类机体内发挥着介导卵子发生发育的重要生理功能,在哺乳动物机体中主要是参与脂蛋白代谢,可能还有其他生理功能有待于进一步研究。就极低密度脂蛋白受体的分子结构、分布部位、生物学功能以及其基因序列作了简要综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Very low density lipoprotein receptor(VLDL-R) is a kinds of cell membrane protein,and it was shown to be highly similar to the low density lipoprotein receptor(LDL-R) and to bind with high affinity only apoE-containing lipoproteins,including VLDL,β-grating VLDL(β-VLDL),and intermediate density lipoprotein.VLDL-R plays a critical role in the metablism of triacylglycerols of animals and growth of growing oocytes of avian species,In mammalia,VLDL-R takes part in lipid metabolism,and even more biologic functions are to be found.In this paper VLDL-R molecular structure,distributing,biologic function and its gene sequences were reviewed.更多还原
