【Abstract】 In this paper the theory of the total quality control of non-polluted fruit production was introduced.The system of the total quality control of nonpolluted fruit production was composed of supervised by state,self-restrained by enterprises and producers and testified by certificated agency.Mul-management models,network information,legalization of the system,systematic organization and scientific quality standard and detection means will be developed in the total quality control of non-pollutant fruit production.更多还原
