【摘要】 综述了1-MCP在果蔬贮运保鲜应用中的作用机理及其影响因素,分析了1-MCP在实际应用中存在的问题,并提出了解决方法。

【Abstract】 The mechanism of 1-Methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)in the field of storage of commercial horticultural crops was reviewed in this paper.The author also pointed out the problems occurred in the application of 1-MCP and brought about the solutions to them.
