汾阳核桃组织培养过程中常见问题的研究
Study on the Problems in the Tissue Culture of Fenyang Walnut
【摘要】 针对汾阳核桃组织培养过程中容易碰到的污染和褐变问题进行了研究。结果表明,用80μg/ml青霉素和3 g多菌灵浸泡处理核桃外植体,控制污染效果显著;而用250 mg/L的PVP预处理核桃外植体和用100 mg/L的PVP作为培养基附加成分,外植体褐变都可以得到有效控制。
【Abstract】 The experiment studied the effect of Penicillin on controlling contamination of walnut explants.The results showed the method of Penicillin(80 μg/ml) and Derosal(3 g) to soak walnut explants was significant in preventing contamination.This experiment studied the effect of PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone) on inhibiting browning of walnut explants.The results showed browning was effectively controlled with PVP(250 mg/L) to soak walnut explants and using PVP(100 mg/ml) as the additional ingredients of medium.
