【Abstract】 Pig-breeding company is the source of pork supply chain(PSC),its quality safety assurance ability(QSAA) is the foundation of the PSC’s QSAA.Relying on the pork supply chain,in this paper an index system of the QSAA evaluation of the pig-breeding company was established and a quantitative evaluation and analysis of QSAA with vague synthesis evaluation method were made,which can help the sellers and slaughterhouse to evaluate and select pig-breeding company.更多还原
