中国食经文献类型的划分
Study on Type of Literature of Food Historical Litrature in China
【摘要】 食经文献是饮食文化的一种文字表现形式。就现有的资料和研究成果,结合传统的烹饪理论知识,对中国古代食经文献进行系统认识与研究。
【Abstract】 The dietetic culture in China is extensive and profound,which is the fruit of wisdom and labor and makes up of the important part of traditional culture,too.Ancient food historical literature in China was a kind of word dietetic culture.Many scholars studied this problem and in this thesis the systematic study and knowledge of ancient food historical literature in China were conducted by means of traditional cooking.
