中国粮食科技发展趋向
Trend of Grain Science and Technology in China
【摘要】 根据粮食市场需求变化发展粮食科技,从提高粮食产品质量、开发粮食产品品种,提高资源利用和转换效率,培育粮食产业可持续发展能力入手,侧重于优化粮食产品的品质;发展绿色储粮技术;提高粮食产品的增值能力;改善粮食业的生态环境;开拓信息技术的应用。
【Abstract】 The improvement of grain quality,development of grain variety,increasing efficiency of resource utilization and conversion for the sustainable development in grain industry must depended on the progress of science and technology and meet the changing demand of grain market.
