【Abstract】 A total of 156 strains of actinomycetes were obtained from 20 soil samples from Liaoning Province and Jilin Province.Six fungi such as Alternaria Solani,Gibberella fujikuroi,Curvularia lunata,Alternaria alternata,Fulvia fulva,Exserohilum turcicum were picked up as indicator in this test.14 strains showed inhibition rings of over 15 mm in diameter.The inhibition activity of fermentation broth was measured by the cup-dish method.4 strains with inhibition rings with over 15 mm in diameter were used for the further tests.It was found that both strain SY- 5 and its fermentation broth had strong inhibition effects on these 6 fungus.10 % of the fermentation broth had inhibition effect reached 81.8 %.更多还原
