【Abstract】 In recent years,the exploitation of tourism resources is springing up and is hoped to promote development in poverty rural area.But the special social and economical character of it impede participation and development of poverty population.Two big problems are lack of financing and low population quality.The paper took Shucheng of Anhui Province as an example and provided the strategies of tourism development which are profitable to poverty population.更多还原
