【Abstract】 Many people and little land is our country’s fundamental realities of the country, and the problem of farmland reduction year by year is to be the puslic concern. This article mainly carries on the concrete analysis from the state-owned land property right system and the collective land property right system, then points out the reasons of farmland problem mainly lie in the flaw of land property right system, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
