我国融资租赁法律问题研究
The Research on the Financing Lease Law System of China
【摘要】 本文通过对我国现行融资租赁法律制度中存在的一些漏洞的分析,论述了应当完善对承租人的权利保护,均衡融资租赁中各方当事人的权利与义务。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the vulnerability of the existing financing lease law system of China, the writer discusses about consummating the right protection of leaseholders, and balancing the rights and obligations of responsible parties during financing lease.
