【Abstract】 In this article,we cultured DS45-2 strain under different conditions and studied the antagonistic activities of the liquid ferment production.Experiments indicated that the optimum fermentation condition for DS45-2,an antagonistic bacteria against Verticillium wilt of cotton,are LBG medium of pH8.0,30℃,48h for rotational culture time.Under this condition,the strain could secrete lots of antifungal protein.更多还原
