【摘要】 采用柠檬酸为交联剂,对天然彩棉织物进行无甲醛抗皱整理.经正交实验,优选出了交联剂、催化剂、添加剂用量以及最佳工艺条件.最佳工艺条件为:柠檬酸8%,催化剂(柠檬酸钠和酒石酸钠)12%,三乙醇胺4%,JFC 2 g/L,温度170℃,时间90 s,浴比1∶20.实验表明,经柠檬酸整理后天然彩棉针织物的抗皱性能得到了明显的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crease resistant finish of natural color cotton fabric formaldehyde-free using cross-linking agent citric acid.Through orthogonal text,optimial dosages of cross-linking agent、activator、additive and the best techniques condition: citric acid 8%,activator(Sodium Citrate & Sodium Tartrate) 12%,triethanolmine 4%,JFC 2(g/L),temperature 170 ℃,90 seconds, bath ratio 1∶20.The experiment indicates that the crease resistance of natural color cotton fabric improveds obviously by citric acid.更多还原
