NiS纳米晶的水热合成及表征
Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of NiS nanocrystals
【摘要】 在低温水热条件下,以NiCl2.6H2O、Na2S2O3、硫脲为反应物,制备了金属硫族化合物NiS纳米晶.用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)分别对NiS纳米晶的结构及形貌进行了表征分析.结果表明,所得样品为六方晶系的NiS纳米晶;同时采用不同硫源及表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)可以获得不同形貌的纳米晶.
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline NiS was synthesized in a convenient hydrothermal way at relatively low temperature,using NiCl2·6H2O,Na2S2O3 or S=C(NH2)2 as reactant.Several techniques including XRD and TEM were used to characterize the products.The results showed that the prepared product was proved to be hexagonal NiS with morphology of irregular nanoparticles and that if using different sulphur sources and surfactant PVP,the morphologies of the NiS can be controlled.
