不同浓度的秋水仙碱对枯草杆菌产α-淀粉酶的影响
Study on α-amylase excreted by bacillus subtilis acted with different content of colchicine
【摘要】 依次使用质量体积分数为0.01%、0.03%和0.05%的秋水仙碱诱变处理枯草芽孢杆菌,结果表明秋水仙碱抑制枯草芽孢杆菌的生长;枯草芽孢杆菌分泌α-淀粉酶的能力与秋水仙碱的浓度呈正相关.最后分析和探讨不同浓度的秋水仙碱对枯草芽孢杆菌分泌α-淀粉酶能力的影响及其作用机理,为选育优良菌株奠定基础.
【Abstract】 0.01,0.03 and 0.05 percent of colchicine acted with Bacillus subtilis respectively.The results showed that colchicine can inhibit Bacillus subtilis growth and there is a positive relationship between the mass of α-amylase excreted by Bacillus subtilis and the content of colchincine.The purpose is to discuss the effects and the mechanism,especially to choose better bacteria.
