【摘要】 采用烟草本底中加烟碱标样的方法测定游离烟碱回收率,测定结果偏低.从标样加入方式、烟草本身pH值等方面考察对游离烟碱回收率的影响,分析了回收率偏低的原因.结果表明,由于烟草水萃取液是弱酸性的缓冲体系,烟碱标样由游离态转变成结合态,导致回收率偏低.更多还原

【Abstract】 The recovery of free nicotine determined is lower by adding standard sample in tobacco background.The influence of adding ways of standard sample and pH value of tobacco itself on the recovery were studied and the reason of low recovery was analyzed.The results suggested that the tobacco aqueous solution was a kind of acidic buffering system,standard sample of nicotine would transform from free status to combined status,which resulted in the lower recovery.更多还原
