【Abstract】 Effects of three kinds of processing time(pre-cultivation time,infection time and co-cultivation time)on the percentage of culli induced and transformation efficiency mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in Brassica oleracea were studied.The results showed that processing time in different stages had apparent effects on the percentage of culli induced and transformation efficiency.The best three kinds of processing time were 36h,5min and 48h respectively.更多还原
