Fe3Si和316不锈钢在工业锌液中的腐蚀机制
Corrosion Mechanism of Fe3Si and 316 Stainless Steel in Industrial Zinc Liquid
【摘要】 研究了F e3S i和316不锈钢在460℃下工业锌液中的腐蚀速度、界面组织结构和成分变化情况。结果表明,锌液对F e3S i的腐蚀过程就是合金层的形成和熔解过程。316不锈钢经过24h的腐蚀,可看出腐蚀层分为两层,靠基体较黑的为第一层F e2A l5,往外花带斑点的为第二层F eA l3。
【Abstract】 Corrosion speed,interface structure and composition change of Fe3Si and 316 stainless steel in industrial zinc liquid at 460℃ are studied.The results show that the corrosion course of Fe3Si in zinc liquid is just the one of alloy layer forming and smelting.Two corrosion layers can be found on 316 stainless steel after being corroded for 24h,the first blacker layer near the base is Fe2Al5,and the second outer layer with spot is FeAl3.
