【Abstract】 Technical innovation is a speculative venture,which may bring investors benefits or losses.For medium and small-sized enterprises,owing to lack of funds,high costs of manpower and insufficient capacity to withstand risks of technology and market,efficient and safe technical innovation should be chosen according to their own conditions and changes of internal and external situation.That means the expectation aim is achieved based on shortest-way principle and gradual process,which decreases risks and costs of technical innovation to the most extent.更多还原
