【Abstract】 The diplomatic ability is one of the important parts which composes the ability of the ruling party.It is related with a party’s stabilization and the honour or disgrace of a state.The complicated and changeful international posture at the beginning of the new century calls for the strengthening of the diplomatic ability to create favorable international circumstance for China’s booming and growth,and to make contribution to the peace and development of the world.The Central Committee of the Party with Hu Jintao as general secretary adopts a series of new diplomatic measures in face of the new situation to strengthen the diplomatic ability,and show us the new achievements in the constitution of diplomatic ability.更多还原
