新型磷-氮阻燃剂的合成及其与三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐在PA6中的协效应用

【摘要】 合成了一种新型磷-氮阻燃剂N,N′-哌嗪四苯氧基氨基磷酸酯(PTPP),将PTPP与三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MC)的复合物添加到聚酰胺6(PA6)中,发现复配体系的阻燃性能优于添加单一PTPP或MC的体系。添加8%的PTPP和11%的MC可使PA6的极限氧指数提高到29%,阻燃级别达UL94V-O级。采用热重分析研究了不同组分的热降解行为,通过扫描电子显微镜和傅立叶红外光谱仪研究了高温氧化后的炭层形态及其组成变化。结果表明,PTPP与MC并用可在气相和凝聚相同时发挥阻燃作用。

【Abstract】 A novel phosphorus-nitrogen containing flame retardant, N,N′-piperazinetetra(phenol) phosphoramidate (PTPP), was synthesized successfully. PTPP was added to polyamide 6 (PA6) together with melamine cyanurate (MC). It was found that co-addition of PTPP and MC imparted more excellent flame retardancy to PA6 than PTPP or MC alone did. LOI was raised to 29% and V-0 rating was observed from UL94 test when 8% PTPP and 11% MC was incorporated. The thermal decomposition behaviors of different formulations were studied by the thermo-gravimetric analysis and the residues after thermal decomposition of them were investigated by scanning electron microscopyand Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. The synergistic flame retardant effect could be exerted in gas phase condensed phase simultaneously by the incorporation of PTTP and MC.
