【Abstract】 Type,features and formation of weldline in injection-molded parts are introduced.The cause and effects on appearance and properties of weldline including crystallinity,relaxation time,characteristic temperature,orientation,shear viscosity,additive of plastic materials are analyzed.The factors that influence viscosity and the influences of types,morphology,dosage of additive on weldline are discussed in details.The methods of improving mechanical properties of injection-molded parts with weldline are given according to different affecting factors.更多还原
