动态注射成型短玻纤增强高密度聚乙烯力学性能的研究
STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF DYNAMIC INJECTION MOLDING SHORT GLASS FIBER REINFORCED HDPE
【摘要】 在不同的振动条件下注射成型短玻纤增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料。实验表明,振动可以有效地改善玻纤在树脂基体中的分散取向状况,提高复合材料的力学性能。与稳态注射成型的复合材料相比,动态注射成型复合材料的拉伸强度最大可提高11.1%,冲击强度最大可提高11.4%。
【Abstract】 Short glass fiber reinforced high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites are injection molded in different dynamic conditions. The result shows that vibration can improve the dispersion and orientation of glass fiber effectively and the mechanical properties of composites. The maximum tensile strength of composite by dynamic injection molding is increased by 11.1%, and the maximum impact strength is increased by 11.4%, compared with those of composite by steady injection molding.
