【摘要】 目的 :评价超声乳化术 +人工晶体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床疗效。方法 :2 1例葡萄膜炎并发白内障的患者接受超声乳化术 +人工晶体植入 ,观察其视力变化及术中、术后并发症。结果 :90 5 %眼术后视力均有不同程度的提高 ,最佳矫正视力≥ 0 3者 17眼 ,约占 81% ;其中最佳矫正视力≥ 0 5者 12眼 ,占5 7 14 %。两眼术后视力无提高 ,其中一眼为陈旧性黄斑病变 ,另一眼为视神经萎缩 ;术中、术后无严重并发症。结论 :超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入是治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障的一种好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification and lens implantation in patients with uveitic cataract. Methods:21 patients(21 eyes) with uveitic cataract have been done phacoemulsification and lens implantation.Compared the visual acuity of preoperation and postoperation;The interoperative and postoperative complications were observed. Results:The visual acuity of postoperation in 19 patients(90 5%) were improved.There were no severe complications during operation and after operation. Conclusions:phacoemulsification and lens implantation is a good way to treat the patients with uveitic cataract.更多还原
