【摘要】 探讨萧来威对LASIK术后泪膜稳定性的影响。方法 :对 40名 18岁双眼近视眼的男性患者行LASIK手术 ,随机分组 ,其中萧来威组术后用萧来威每日二次 ,对照组术后不用萧来威 ,其余常规处置二组相同。应用英国产Keeler泪膜镜分别测定术前、术后一周、二周和四周各眼的非侵入性泪膜破裂时间 (NIBUT)。结果 :将术后一周、二周和四周时二组间各眼的NIBUT进行配对t检验 ,其差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :Lasik术后泪膜稳定性下降 ,萧来威组泪膜稳定性的恢复快于对照组 ,提示萧来威在LASIK术后对泪膜稳定性的恢复有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Celluvisc on the no invastive break up time of tear film (NIBUT) following LASIK. Methods:In a prospective study,80 eyes (40 patients) that were undergone LASIK were randomly and averagely divided into 2 groups,Celluvisc group (Celluvisc twice a day following LASIK) and the control group (no Celluvisc used).The NIBUT of the 2 groups were assessed preoperatively and at the 1st week,2nd week and 4th week after LASIK respectively. Results:The NIBUT between the 2 groups at postoperative time stages were all statistically different (P<0 05). Conclusions:The recovery of the tear film with Celluvisc were faster than that of control eyes.Celluvisc can promote the recovery of the tear film.更多还原
