【摘要】 目的 :研究翼状胬肉大小与角膜散光的关系 ,探讨胬肉手术的时机与必要性。方法 :对 5 2眼胬肉患者进行视力、屈光度及角膜曲率检查 ,其中对 46眼行胬肉切除术者进行手术前后的上述 3个指标的对比观察 ,并按胬肉大小分为两组 (Ⅰ组≤ 2 5mm ,Ⅱ组 >2 5mm)进行对比观察。结果 :5 2眼中均存在不同程度的散光 ,其中单纯远视散光占 40 4% ,混合性散光占 2 8 8% ,以顺规性散光为主占 6 5 9%。胬肉切除术后散光度、垂直子午线的屈光力差均有明显降低P <0 0 0 1,视力平均提高 2行 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组对比 ,Ⅱ组改变显著 ,P <0 0 0 1。结论 :胬肉手术能明显改善角膜的散光状况 ,从而提高视力 ,胬肉大小与角膜散光的发生关系密切 ,当其侵入角膜 2 5～ 3 0mm后有必要进行胬肉切除也是手术良机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the correlation between pterygium size and induced corneal astigmatism and to assess the critical time and necessity of surgery. Methods:52 eyes(46 patients)with primary pterygium were evaluated by vision,refraction and corneal curvature,and 46 eyes of them were evaluated pre and post operations,respectively.They were divided into two groups according to the size of pterygium extending into the cornea.(Ⅰ group≤2.5mm,Ⅱ group>2 5mm). Results:Pterygium could induce with the rule astigmatism.The operation could reduce the corneal astigmatism significantly(P<0 001).The changes in group Ⅱ was significantly higher,P<0 001. Conclusions:The surgery can improve the status of corneal astigmatism significantly.Once the pterygium extends 2.5～3.0 mm into the cornea,it is the crucial time to run the surgery.更多还原
