【摘要】 介绍了我国竹产业发展的现状 ,并指出了伴随竹产业发展而产生的一些新问题。面对新世纪 ,我国林业将实施跨越式发展 ,因此竹产业必须与时俱进、开拓创新。要使竹产业持续稳步发展 ,应着重做好以下几方面的工作 :1加强宏观调控和行业管理 ;2全面推进以提高竹林质量和林地生产力为主 ,外延扩大生产为辅的资源增长方式 ;3放手发展非公有制林业 ;4改革现行采伐限额管理制度 ;5培育龙头企业 ,组建企业集团向产业化经营发展 ;6推行科技兴竹 ,促进产业发展 ;7争取调减林业税费负担 ;8建立信息网络 ,促进竹产业国际交流和贸易。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article introduces present situations of China’s bamboo sector’s development and points out some new problems arising from the development of bamboo sector. China’s forestry is experiencing leap development facing the new century, so the bamboo sector has to make progress whenever possible, exploit and innovate. To maintain the development of the bamboo sector stably, the followings need to be well done:①to strengthen the macro-control, trade regulation and management;②to push on the economy increasing mode of promotion bamboo forest quality and productivity principally, epitaxy for the enlargement of production;③to encourage the development of the non-state-owned forest; ④to reform the present cutting quota regulation system;⑤to cultivate back-bone enterprises and set up conglomerate company groups for industrialization management;⑥to develop bamboo sector through science and technology and promote the bamboo sector;⑦to adjust and reduce in-kind forestry taxes and fees;⑧to set up an information network to promote the international exchange and trade of bamboo sector.更多还原
