【摘要】 目的:探讨蚤休总皂甙对大鼠动脉内皮保护的作用。方法:用蚤休总皂甙治疗高脂血症大鼠,并测定血脂。主动脉内皮细胞铺片内皮素(ET)-1和内皮源型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)阳性细胞率、血浆 ET-1和 eNOS 浓度、主动脉中膜平滑肌细胞(SMC)ET-1阳性率和厚度。结果:蚤休总皂甙不降血脂,但使动脉内皮细胞合成和释放 ET-1显著减少(P<0.05);血浆 eNOS 浓度用药后主动脉中膜平滑肌细胞 ET-1阳性率以及中膜 SMC 层厚度与模型组比较差异无显著性。结论:蚤休总皂甙通过使动脉内皮细胞合成及释放 ET-1减少,而起到保护动脉内皮细胞的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Paris saponin(PS)on arterial endothelium.Methods:Hyperlipidemia rats were treated with PS,the blood lipids,endothelin(ET)in arterial endothelium,endothelial originated nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)positive rate,plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)concentration,ET-1 positive rate and thickness of aortic mid-membranous smooth muscle cell(SMC)were determined.Results:PS didn’t lower the blood lipids,but significantly reduce the syn- thesis and secretion of ET-1 in arterial endothelial cells(P<0.05).The ET-1 positive rate and thickness of aortic mid-membranous SMC after treatment of PS were similar to throe of the model.Conclusion:PS could protect the arterial endothelial cells through reduc- ing the synthesis and secretion of ET-1 in it.更多还原
