高酸价米糠油酯化脱酸的研究
SYUDY OF THE ESTERIFICATION OF FFA IN RICE BRAN OIL CONTAINING HIGH ACID VALUE WITH GLYCERIN
【摘要】 在高温真空及催化剂存在的条件下 ,加入一定量的甘油 ,可使高酸价米糠油中游离脂肪酸发生酯化反应 .单因素与正交实验的研究结果表明 ,采用酯化脱酸的方法 ,可有效地降低高酸价米糠油的酸价 (使其小于 4) ,并可显著地提高米糠油的精炼率
【Abstract】 Glycerin was added to esterify with free fatty acids in rice bran oil containing high acid value under the conditions of high temperature, high vacuum and being catalyzed. The single facor experiments and orthogonal test showed that esterification by glycerin reacting with free fatty acids could reduce the high acid value in rice bran oil effectively (less than 4) and significantly increased the refining rate.
