【摘要】 目的　体外测定化疗药物和脂肪乳剂对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用 ,为化疗期间同时使用脂肪乳剂作营养支持提供依据。方法　本研究应用胃癌细胞株与阿霉素和脂肪乳剂单独或共同培养不同天数 ,用噻唑兰 (MTT)法 ,体外测定化疗药物和脂肪乳剂对胃癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用。结果　本研究结果表明 :抗癌药与癌细胞培养时间愈长 ,抑制率显著增加 ;不同浓度脂肪乳剂对癌细胞均有极轻微的抑制作用 ,但数天后就无抑制作用 ;不同浓度脂肪乳剂与抗癌药联合使用 ,均不影响抗癌药抑制癌细胞的作用。结论　化疗期间脂肪乳剂和抗癌药联合使用 ,并不影响抗癌药抑制癌细胞的增殖作用 ,本文体外观察的初步结果可为化疗期间同时使用脂肪乳剂作营养支持提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitive effects on tumor cells by fat emulsion in vitro. Methods The effects of combined use of chemotherapeutic drugs and fat emulsion on gastric carcinoma cells were studied with MTT assay method. Results The results indicated: (1) the inhibitive rate on tumor cells by chemotherapeutic drugs was obviously enhanced with prolongation of culture time, (2) a mild inhibition on the proliferation of tumor cells in culture was observed when treated with fat emulsion alone and the combined use of anti tumor drugs and different concentrations of fat emulsion did not affect the anti tumor activity of drugs. Conclusion Fat emulsion does not intervene the anti tumor activity of chemotherapeutic drugs on the proliferation of gastric carcinoma cells, therefore fat emulsion can be used as nutrition supply in patients during chemotherapy.更多还原
