【摘要】 目的　探讨提高喉部分切除术患者的生存率及生存质量。方法　对 346例喉部分切除术后一年内肿瘤复发、术式选择失当 ,肺部感染伴心衰死亡 ,严重误吸再手术 ,颈转移或远膈转移的 5 0例临床资料进行分析。结果　发现 37/ 5 0 (74 .0 % )为肿瘤复发 ,7/ 5 0 (14 .0 % )为颈转移 ,4 / 5 0 (8.0 % )为远膈转移 ,2 / 5 0 (4.0 % )为极度呛咳再手术。结论　了解喉癌病理特点 ,选择适当的术式 ,提高手术技巧是提高喉癌患者生存率及生活量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the curative effect of partial laryngotomy in treatment of cancer of the larynx. Method 346 cases with 50 failures were reviewed retropectively. Result The clinical analysis revealed that the causes of failure were not thorough partial laryngotomy (37/50), lymphatic metastases (7/50), distant metastasis (4/50) and aspiration (2/50). Conclusion In treatment of cancer of the larynx, it is vital to fully understand its pathological features, to choose proper operation method and to improve operation skills.更多还原
