上海住宅发展的趋势——从“上海市优秀住宅”评选获奖楼盘特点谈起

【摘要】 回顾了“九五”期间上海住宅发展的进程,结合第二届“上海市优秀住宅”评选活动中所体现出来的近年来上海住宅在规划、建筑设计、房型设计、科技含量诸方面取得的进步,分析指出上海住宅在加入WTO大背景下的发展趋势。
