铝锡合金电磁搅拌器的优化分析
Simulation and Optimization of the Stirring Heater of Aluminum Tin Alloys
【摘要】 铝锡合金是具有优越性能的复合轴瓦材料 ,但容易产生密度偏析 ,需要进行搅拌 ;通过对搅拌器中合金熔体电磁场和流场的模拟计算 ,进行搅拌效果分析 ,得到最合适的炉体形状 ,有利于熔体的均匀化 ,计算结果与实验结果相吻合
【Abstract】 The aluminium alloy Al-8Sn-2Si-2Pb-0.8Cu-0.2Cr is a new composite material for bush , but it needs to be stirred for its shortcoming of insularity. In this paper the electromagnetic and flow field of stirring is simulated , and the suitable parameter is defined. The best uniform melting aluminium alloy is obtained gotten when the phase angle difference is 90 degree ,the frequency is 50 Hz, and the voltage is 7 V .The calculated result is closed to the measured one.
