树脂和固化剂对冷硬树脂砂高温力学性能的影响
The Effects of Resin and Hardener on Mechanical Properties of Cold-setting Resin Sand
【摘要】 通过树脂砂高温性能试验仪测试和计算机非线性回归分析等方法系统地研究树脂和活化剂种类及加入量、SO2 吹气时间对冷硬树脂砂高温强度和热稳定性等力学性能的影响规律 ;结果表明 ,树脂和活化剂的种类及其加入量对冷硬树脂砂的高温力学性能具有显著地影响 ,而SO2 吹气时间的影响则不大。
【Abstract】 The effects of the category and content of resin and activator, the gassing time of SO 2 on high-temperature strength, and the thermal stability of cold-setting SO 2 furan resin sand are investigated by means of a high- temperature tester and a non-linear calculation. Results show that the effects of categories and contents of resin and activator are remarkable, but the effect of gassing time is not obvious.
