铝合金电磁连铸技术的基础研究

【摘要】 研究在冷坩埚式结晶器外施加中频电磁场对铝合金连续铸造铸锭表面品质的影响 ,通过测量结晶器内的磁场分布确定了铝合金电磁连铸的基本工艺参数 ;研究结果表明 ,采用在结晶器壁开缝的方法可以有效的提高结晶器内的磁感应强度 ;当本工艺开缝数在 12~ 18的条件下 ,磁场分布基本均匀 ,施加中频电磁场可有效地消除偏析瘤 ,明显地改善连铸坯的表面品质。

【Abstract】 The effect of middle frequency electromagnetic field imposed on outside of a cold crucible mold on the surface quality of continuous Al alloy casting ingot was studied. The primary technological parameters of Al alloy of electromagnetic continuous casting were determinated by measuring the distribution of electromagnetic field in the mould. The experimental results showed that magnetic flux density in the divided mould was increased efficiently and the distribution of the electromagnetic field in it was basically equal with the given technological parameters that the slit number of the mould is 12~18. The segregation in the cast can be eliminated effectively and the surface quality of the casting can be improved remarkably by imposing middle frequency electromagnetic field.
