郑州高校余暇体育现状调查分析
Current Situation of College Sparetime Sports in Zhengzhou
【摘要】 余暇体育作为校园生活方式迅速兴起,是21世纪高校体育发展的趋势,是学校体育的组成部分,它与教学合拍,以其自由度和项目兼容量构成了学生休闲生活的重要内容。开展余暇体育应以自发组织的小型活动为主,以学生参与为宗旨。
【Abstract】 Based on investigation, the paper discusses the importance of college sparetime sports and puts forward some suggestions.
