基于RMI技术构建远程数控仿真系统
Build Remote Numerical Control Simulation System with RMI Technology
【摘要】 本文首先分析了传统数控加工仿真的特点 ,并提出了网络化制造环境下的数控加工仿真的需求 ,其次阐述了基于网络的远程数控仿真的概念、构架和特点。随后分析了RMI技术在构建网路数控系统方面的优势。最后介绍了在上述研究工作基础上使用RMI技术所开发的基于网络的远程数控加工仿真原型系统 ,实现了代码的远程维护 ,系统采用Java语言开发 ,因而具有极好的平台无关性。
【Abstract】 This article analysed the characters of traditional NC (Numerical Control) Simulation,then introduced the conception structure and characters of the Remote NC Simulation.We also introduced RMI technology. Based on the conception discussed, we use RMI technology to build a Remote NC Simulation prototype system with 3 Layer Client/Server mode. This system realized NC codes programming, NC codes maintaining and simulating through remote connection. This made the NC manufacture fit the Distributing Manufacture mode well. The prototype system was completely developed with Java language,so it has good Operating System Independence.
