【Abstract】 An image detect system with near infrared CCD for monitoring the copper weld pool on the surface of steel was established .With the narrowband filter lens technology ,the disturbance of strong arc was eliminafed successfully and the clear weld pool image was obtained .Based on the clear weld pool image ,a satisfied image about the characteristic of the weld pool edge was obtained by means of the single dimension image flatness median filter ,the special image processing and the algorithm of characteristic extracting in this paper.更多还原
