【摘要】 沉默权是我国法学界目前讨论的热点 ,其先进性和科学性不容置疑 ,但由于我国传统法律思想的强势作用 ,以及目前严峻的社会治安形势 ,又使得许多人对实行沉默权制度心存疑虑。在综合考虑以上因素的前提下 ,笔者认为 ,沉默权制度应该尽快在我国立法中予以确认 ,但要作出适当的限制 ,并就限制的具体内容提出了自己的建议。更多还原
