【Abstract】 It is common that heap soldering metal has cracks. The paper analyzes the principle of their formation from different angles. In order to reduce cracks we consider changing the solubility and grain degree of the sedimentation, phase,hydrogen polymerization and joint embrittlement. In the end we enumerate the studied cases of crack resistance of some high and medium hardness abrasion electrodes , which provides reference for the design and research of abrasion heap soldering.更多还原
