骨复生对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死家兔血浆一氧化氮的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF GUFUSHENG ON NITRIC OXIDE OF RABBITS WITH STEROID-INDUCED AVASCULAR NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD
【摘要】 为探讨激素性股骨头缺血坏死家兔血浆中一氧化氮 (NO)的变化及骨复生对其的影响 ,采用给日本大耳白兔大剂量肌肉注射醋酸波尼松龙 8W的方法 ,造成激素性股骨头缺血坏死的病理模型 ,随机分为骨复生组、马氏骨片组、模型对照组与空白对照组。结果显示模型组血浆 NO含量降低 ,与空白对照组相比差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1)。治疗 4周后 ,骨复生组、马氏骨片组与模型组相比血浆 NO含量升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。两治疗组相比无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。表明激素诱导的股骨头缺血坏死与血管功能障碍、血管内皮受损有关。骨复生具有升高血浆 NO浓度、保护血管内皮、改善微循环、改善血瘀状态、抑制血栓形成 ,而这些作用是其治疗激素性股骨头缺血坏死的可能机制之一
【Abstract】 To study the changes of nitric oxide(NO) in plasma of rabbits with steroid - induced avascular necrosis of femoral head(SANFH) and the effect of Gufusheng(GFS), Japanese white rabbits were made into animal model of SANFH by intramuscular injection with large dosage of steroid for 8 weeks. Thirty two rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly: GFS group, Mashigu pill group, model group and blank group. The results showed that the contents of NO in model group decreased obviously compared with blank group, and there was significant difference between two groups. After 4 weeks therapy the contents of NO in GFS and Mashigu pill group all increased comparing with blank group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). It was suggested that SANFH was related with vascular incapacity and injury of endothelial cells. GFS could increase the level of NO, protect endothelial cells, improve microcirculation, eliminate blood stasis and inhibit thrombosis. It might be the mechanism of GFS on treating SANFH.
