【摘要】 目的 :探讨低张力消化道CT与MR成像诊断胃肠道病变的临床价值。材料和方法 :用低张力检查诊断 42 8例消化道 ,并与 10 12例普通扫描进行了对比研究 ,病变者均经临床随访证实。 结果 :(1)低张组明显提高了解剖显示能力(P <0 0 5 ) ;(2 )低张组提高了消化道病灶的定位准确性 (CT提高 2 8 7%、MR提高 19 2 % ;P <0 0 1) ;(3 )低张组显著提高了消化管病灶的定性可靠程度 (P <0 0 1) ;(4 )有助于消化道毗邻结构的显示 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(5 )仅 9 6%有轻中度低张药物反应 ,无需处理。结论 :低张力消化道的CT与MR影像诊断具有重要意义 ,且安全、易行 ,应予肯定和推广。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the clinical value of CT and MRI with hypotonic method in diagnosis of digestive tract disease. Materials and Methods: Comparative study between 428 cases using CT and MRI examination with hypotonic method and 1012 cases without hypotonic method were done. All lesions of digestive tract were proved in clinical following up. Results: The results were as follow: (1) In hypotonic group, the ability of demonstrating anatomy had been greatly improved (p<0.05); (2) Accuracy of location of focus in digestive tract had been improved in hypotonic group (CT was 28.7%, MR was 19.2%, p<0.01); (3) Reliability of determining digestive tract focus had been remarkablely improved (P<0.01); (4) It also improved in demonstration of adjacent organs and structure to the digestive tract (P<0.05); (5) There were only 9.6% of patients, which had slightly or middle hypotonic drug reaction, and needn’t to treat. Conclusion: CT and MRI with hypotonic method have important value in assessing digestive tract disease, at the same time, they are safe and easy, we think this method should be affirmed and widely applied.
