【摘要】 目的 :提高对膝关节复杂损伤的MRI诊断水平。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 1993 0 1～ 2 0 0 0 0 1膝关节外伤MR扫描并经手术证实的 2 2例资料。横断位SET1WITR/TE 5 0 0 /3 0ms ,矢状位双回波 180 0～ 2 0 0 0 /2 6、90～ 10 0ms冠状位GRE序列 5 0 0 /19ms ,翻转角 40～ 45°。结果 :半月板撕裂 19例 3 7块 ,韧带断裂 13例 3 0条 ,骨折 13例 (另 2例膑骨骨折 ) ,关节腔积液 10例 ,脂肪垫损伤 2例。结论 :多方位、多序列MRI扫描能显示膝关节复杂损伤的各种影像征象更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To improve the diagnostic accuracy of MR imaging in diagnosing complex injuries of knee. Materials and Methods: The MRI findings of 22 cases of acute or chronic knee trauma proved by operation were retrospectively analysed from Jan 1993 to Jan, 2000. The MR examinations were performed with followed parameters: axial SE T 1WI 500/30ms, sagittal SE2 1800 2000/26, 90 100MS, corenal GR 500/19ms(40 45°). Results: MRI features included: (1) Menesci torn in 19 cases (n=37), (2)Ligament torn in 13 cases (n=30), (3) Fracture in 13 cases(n=17), (4)Liquid in joint in 10 cases, and (5)Two cases with damage of fat pad. Conclusion: Multiple direction and multiple sequences MR scan can display various features of the knee lesions after storm.更多还原
